30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.

Conditions for Returns

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• You must contact us before sending anything back
• Proof of purchase required

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@homegadgets.hu with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for refunds.
